Overnight Safari Experience the Zoo in a whole new light. . . Moonlight!

Family Overnight Safari
During the summer months of June, July and August, we offer Family Overnight Safaris. These camp-outs are designed for small groups and families of 2 or more people. Dinner and breakfast are provided! Registration for Sacramento Zoo Members starts March 31, 2009. Non Members may register starting April 7, 2009.

Group Overnight Safari
The Group Sleepover Safari is a fun and educational experience for school, church, family, scouting, and other groups of 50 to 175 people. You will get the chance to explore the Zoo in the evening and early morning hours. This is the perfect opportunity to see nocturnal animals in action!

Starlight Safari
For adventurous groups of up to 40 people who can’t spend the night – we’ve got a fun-filled nocturnal experience for you! We offer unique nighttime fieldtrips that meet the California State Science Frameworks, as well as evening birthday parties and private events.
